  • Daily case review by treatment team, MD's, RN's and State certified A&D counselors

Mental health testing may include:

  • Depression inventory
  • Hopelessness scale
  • Personality assessment inventory
  • Special psychological case review if needed

Does NOT include:

  • Extraordinary or Unusual Pharmacy Items
  • Services for any Medical or Psychiatric Condition other than Chemical Dependency

Residential Treatment Programs:
(If not entering directly from hospital detox, patient must have at least one day of hospital observation and assessment in addition to the 14, 21 or 28 treatment days.)

Residential Treatment Includes:

  • Assessment for chemical dependency (biopsychosocial exam)
  • Treatment books and materials
  • Education about chemical dependency
  • Group therapy facilitated by a state certified A&D counselor
  • Family consultation, education and support
  • Drug Use testing
  • Family Program
  • Children's Education Program by a Masters degreed, Stae certified counselor
  • Recreation and physical activities
  • Basic personal care items
  • Employer Liaison services - if requested
  • Court and DUII monitoring - if required
  • Case oversight and review by MD
  • Room & Board

Does NOT include:

  • Pharmacy
  • Medical care
  • Psychological/psychiatric care

*The 28-day program offers additional time in treatment, with emphasis on psychological and medical stabilization, relapse prevention, development of 4th and 5th steps, as well as personalized preparation for transition from the residential setting to home life. Those with special discharge concerns, such as finding new living arrangements, will have extra time to prepare a more comprehensive discharge plan.

Intensive Outpatient Programs:

Outpatient Treatment is a ten-week program of group therapy, individual counseling, and education about the disease of addiction. Treatment groups meet three times per week.

Specific days and times are listed for each outpatient office.

All Serenity Lane's Outpatient facilities are state licensed and offer a variety of services.

Recovery Support:

Recovery support is provided on a weekly basis for up to 94 weeks. Patients meet for a 1 1/2 hour weekly session to learn to identify and manage stressful life events and to cope with the inevitable ups and downs of early recovery. Studies show that if you complete Recovery Support you are twice as likely to remain in quality recovery.
