When a patient has a third party (such as a court, probation department, employer, professional board, or other significant entity) with an interest in how he or she is progressing in treatment, the patient can utilize Serenity Lane's "Blue Flag" system. The patient needs to enroll in the Blue Flag system and sign the appropriate authorizations for this service. The Blue Flag program will report monthly on the patient's progress and attendance while participating in treatment services. No other treatment program in Oregon offers a tracking system of this kind.
